FIMAGE ( Fear Of Image)

Greg asked a series of questions that allowed the group to share things that caused them to experience fear. One of the most common fears that all people face is what is called the Fear of Image. This is the constant fear of looking stupid or embarrassing ourselves. This fear can be quite paralyzing and can stop us from trying new things. As a result, we stop learning new things and remain in our comfort zone, isolated from new experiences and opportunities.

Be A Baby

Babies are fascinating to watch. They learn by experiencing everything that they can get their hands on. They use all of their senses to take in information and move quickly from one thing to the next.

Babies make mistakes all the time and don't think twice about what other people think. They cry out loud, spit their food out if they don't like it and have an insatiable appetite for learning new things.

As a result, babies learn at an amazing rate. Learning slows down as soon as they become aware of other people and let the fear of image creep in.
