The Lava Pit exercise
taught us many valuable lessons about teamwork and problem
solving. Here is what the students shared:
Power =
Responsibility
Like Spiderman, use your power to help others.
Simple
Solution
The Lava Pit required working smarter, not harder. The simplest
solution worked the best.
Listen to Others Ideas
A good team shares their ideas with one another. Listen and use
ideas that can help your team to make progress.
Try Lots of
Ways
Be flexible and try several different ways to get your result.
Good teams
keep working.
Be persistent, work through mistakes and use all the resource
you have available.
Believe that success is possible.
Your attitude will help you to succeed. Stay positive and
believe that you can do it.
