Notes: Everyone wants benefits and value, but is often unwilling to pay for it. Every expenditure should be directly related to improving service. How do you charge for the customer experience? Customers want to control the way they experience service, i.e. personalized vs. self-service. --- CHOICE It is difficult to get comprehensive feedback. Create value and charge for it.
